METHOD / EVIDENCE FIREWALL
A directory that shows its work.
Every listing is an observation recorded on a date and linked to a vendor or PMS source. We do not assign ratings, user scores, or invented capacity figures.
Checked means the site, pricing path, PMS evidence, and portfolio guidance were reviewed.
Platform-bound means the product requires a named PMS. Not stated means the source did not publish the fact.
Source hierarchy: official vendor product and integration pages first; official PMS marketplaces and association exhibitor pages second; other sources are not used to confirm compatibility.
Integration claims are scheduled for monthly review; a record should be treated as stale when its latest observation is older than 31 days.
Sponsored placement is labeled and cannot change a verification state or move ahead of a verified organic result.
Security, privacy, and compliance statements are quoted as vendor claims with a source date. PropAtlas does not turn them into an independent certification.
THE FOUR STATES
What a listing status means
Site live, pricing path confirmed, PMS integrations confirmed, and portfolio-size guidance captured.
The product requires a named PMS. Blocking information for buyers, so it is surfaced as a status.
Public evidence was not sufficient. Published as unknown instead of inferred.
Discontinued or absorbed into a platform. Kept in the graveyard so the history stays readable.
Every claim is a dated observation with a source link. Official vendor product and integration pages come first, official PMS marketplaces and association exhibitor pages second, and other sources are not used to confirm compatibility. Sponsored placements are labeled and never change a verification state.
